Data Collection

decision.forum collects only the information necessary to provide the platform services: account credentials, session content submitted for Decision Forum sessions, and usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is recorded to the EXOCHAIN ledger. Identity attestation is handled through cryptographic proofs.

AI Processing

Content submitted to Decision Forum sessions is processed by third-party AI model providers under applicable data processing agreements. Session content is not used to train third-party models. Clients with BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) configurations maintain direct data governance over AI provider relationships.

Data Retention

Decision Records and Evidence Bundles are retained for the duration of the subscription and for the period specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Clients may export Evidence Bundles at any time. Upon termination, data is deleted according to the retention schedule in the Service Agreement.

GDPR and CCPA

decision.forum complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Data subjects may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@legaldyne.com.

Third-Party Sharing

decision.forum does not sell personal data. Information is shared with third parties only as necessary to provide platform services (AI model providers, infrastructure services) and as required by law.
