These Terms of Service govern access to and use of decision.forum, operated by LegalDyne, Inc. By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

decision.forum provides decision governance tools including multi-model AI deliberation sessions, Decision Record generation, Evidence Bundle creation, and Decision Archive access. The platform does not provide legal advice.

Data Ownership

Client data remains the property of the client. LegalDyne does not claim ownership of content submitted to Decision Forum sessions. Clients retain all rights to their Decision Records and Evidence Bundles.

Limitation of Liability

decision.forum provides governance tooling and documentation. Admissibility of Evidence Bundles in legal proceedings is determined by courts on a case-by-case basis. LegalDyne is not responsible for outcomes in litigation, regulatory proceedings, or other legal matters.
